MAMe TIMe | An online retreat especially dedicated to Mamas

Join us myself, Alice @moretoyoga and Sam @mumma_andthemoon, in collaboration with @ShantiVida on Sat 21st and Sun 22nd Nov 2020 for two days of specially dedicated online workshops for all mamas, helping them to refill and reenergise.

Take time off, share nourishment with other mamas and celebrate the woman inside of the mother.

All session will take place on zoom and times are in CET. Both days are 50€, one day is 30€ and an individual workshop is 15€.

Sharing Circle - Reconnect to yourself and also other mamas in a sacred sharing circle. A safe and supportive space to share experiences and challenges of parenting in these chaotic times. Enjoy the freedom to express yourself in a child free environment while feeling the support of the community.


Joyful Cacao Ceremony - Rejoice in your divine feminine power, unleash the woman inside the mother. A cacao* ceremony to awaken the senses, invoke your wild shakti, letting you have fun, move and dance freely. *Cacao to be purchased separately.

Breath Work - Release the tension you hold in your body. Let it unravel and unwind as you retreat from the overstimulation of 2020 mama life. Learn how to use the ancient technology of breath work to own your own mind, take responsibility for your wellbeing and exhale stress and negativity that has accumulated in your body.

Mama Self Love Rituals - Replenish in a workshop that explores rituals of self care and sacred practices that unleash your feminine energy. In this practical session we will offer suggestions to help you develop a practice that realistically works with your lifestyle and punctuates your day to day with serenity.
