Over the moon to have hosted a beautiful and powerful ‘Emerge’ workshop yesterday with expert in transitions and life coach Liz Kalnin.✨🌱

18 women gathered to celebrate the emergence of Spring in the spacious outdoor gardens of Villa Maresme in Cabrils, so we could be held by Mother Earth and gain clarity on our intentions for the year ahead.

As is apt for this time of year we felt the freshness in the air so wrapped up warm as we sat in circle and shared our reasons for coming together.

I then led an Imbolc themed slow flow movement session, with breathwork that encouraged the air element to release stagnant energy and the inhale to open to new possibility and potential. We moved to tune into our bodies rather than our thinking minds. We awoke our inner fire (to honour Goddess Brigid) via our solar plexus and connected with our deepest dreams by stirring our feminine energy in the sacral pelvic region.

We then connected via pair work and basked in the sunshine, digging deep into our values. Our wonderful coach Liz explained getting clear on our values is essential as a guiding compass to really get clarity on our intentions. Many women shared how having someone else reflect back your core values was incredibly powerful.

Finally we came back to circle to journal and get really get clear on our intentions, rather than goals and outcomes, for the year. We finished with a ritual and a gift for all our participants, every woman wrote their intention on a label and attached it to a hyacinth bulb. As the beautiful flower and scent emerges over the coming weeks they will be reminded of their intention so that it too, will come to life.
