I love facilitating ‘Date Night’, a conscious event for couples in Barcelona, with my husband Nick, and dear friend Samantha @mumma_andthemoon,
Date Night takes place at Shanti Vida in Barcelona and provides a chance for you to sit in circle with your partner, and connect with them deeply through different practices. A variety of special guests sometimes join us, to bring their unique gift or skill to the circle, like breathwork, sound healing or massage.
Date Night ceremonies are usually 19h - 21h, so that there’s time afterwards for couples to continue their romantic evening.

We have done quite a few of these ceremonies now and each of them are special. Often we explore a different word and the themes it conjures up in our intimate relationships.
Our first iteration was an Autumn Equinox Couples Ceremony in October 2024, held at Ynspire Space in Barcelona. In this beautiful event, we brought balance and intention into our relationships by sharing, moving together in partner yoga, and journalling to release what no longer serves us and setting intentions for our relationship for the cycle ahead,
The second Saturday January 13th was NURTURE which explored the energy of winter and included movement and a Sound Bath from our talented friend Ignacio @sonidosaethernos.
The second edition on Saturday 17th February 2025, being so close to Valentines we explored the theme of LOVE, with a cacao heart opening ceremony, estatic dance and sensual massage, love languages and a love letter ritual.
