Unlike the customary ‘New Year, New Me’ approach, this workshop has been scheduled midway between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. It's at this point that the dreams and plans you may have nurtured within you during the quieter winter months start to emerge, just as the seeds begin to stir in the belly of Mother Earth.

If you are feeling lost and seeking a deeper understanding of what truly matters in your life, and would like the motivation to move towards your goals, this workshop is designed for you.

Through a combination of movement, meditation, mindset ritual and exercises this workshop will support you in identifying the first steps to ‘emerge’ as we move further into 2024. This will be a nourishing and friendly workshop which will allow you to connect to yourself and a community of other like minded individuals.

Hosted by Jo O'Meally, feminine yoga teacher and a leader of women's circles and Liz Kalnin (www.lizkalnin.com), an accomplished Executive Career Coach with an emphasis on transitions.
