Join Sam (@mumma_andthemoon), Alice (@moretoyoga), Jo (@graceandblazeyoga) and other like-minded souls as we ring in the New Year of 2024 in conscious celebration.  We will spend from Saturday December 30th to Monday January 1st at a gorgeous Masia, surrounded by lush gardens in Calella on the Maresme coast.

The retreat will provide plenty of time to unwind, curl up with a good book, or chat around the fire or in the sauna. We will ground ourselves in deeply restorative practices and the cosy energy of winter, slowing down as we tune into our inner worlds to reflect on the year gone by.  Treasure the memories, mourn the losses, honour the wisdom gleaned as we lay 2023 to rest.

As the Sun sets on the old year for the last time bring your playful side to the fore as we explore each of our senses in celebration of life and dance into 2024 together.   Awaken renewed and refreshed on January 1st, starting the new cycle with a meditation and your first cold dip of the year, in the mediterranean sea!
