+ After the high of the February Love edition, where 22 people joined Sam, Nick and I to celebrate love in all its forms, Date Night is back in March, this time on Saturday 16th with the theme of GROWTH.
This month we will be looking at the patterns of change within relationship, the different phases we naturally pass through to evolve and how our closest relationships can be the most exquisitely challenging portal to this evolution.
We’ll be exploring the balance of male and feminine energies that exist within us all, feeling into what you would like to release from this past cycle before looking ahead to what you would like to vision for your relationship for the future. As always there will be deep conversation, connected movement and this time a fire release ritual and conscious vision boarding.

This soul centred event goes way beyond a regular date night and brings you and your chosen partner into circle with conscious relationship and other like-minded couples. Honour your relationship and the spark between you through a variety of practices, including movement, connection exercises, rituals, tantra, journalling, private conversations with suggested prompts. Each month we will explore a different theme such as growth, harmony, ecstasy, polarity. I’m excited to facilitate with my husband Nick, and dear friend Samantha @mumma_andthemoon, ‘Date Night’ a monthly event for couples in Barcelona.
Date Night take place at Shanti Vida in Barcelona and will provide a chance for you to sit in circle with your connect with them deeply through different practices. A variety of special guests will also sometimes join us to bring their unique gift or skill to circle, like breath work, sound healing or massage.
Date Night ceremonies will be at 19h - 21h so that there’s time after for couples to continue their romantic evening. Cost will be 25€ per person.
Each month we will explore a different word and the themes it conjures up in our intimate relationships.
The first event Saturday January 13th was NURTURE which explored the energy of winter and included movement and a Sound Bath from our talented friend Ignacio @sonidosaethernos.
The second edition on Saturday 17th February, being so close to Valentines we explored the theme of LOVE, with a cacao heart opening ceremony, estatic dance and sensual massage, love languages and a love letter ritual.
